Booking Information
Deposit
Either one night's accommodation deposit or a credit card number is required to secure your booking. Please note that any bookings that have not advised either a credit card number or one night's deposit by the 7 August 2008 will be cancelled. Delegates are required to settle their own accounts including any incidentals incurred upon check out.
Preferences
May we please ask that you indicate your first 3 preferences of hotels when booking accommodation via the registration form. Limited rooms are available at each hotel and we recommend that accommodation be booked early.
Deadlines
We encourage delegates to book accommodation well in advance as hotels impose strict release dates for block accommodation bookings, all rooms are released 30 days prior to the meeting and therefore accommodation bookings received after 28 April 2007 will be subject to availability.
Change of Booking
Amendments to accommodation including hotels, check in/out dates, room type etc will only be accepted in writing.
Early Arrival or Late Departure
Requests for early check in or late check out must be advised in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Please note that early check in's may require the booking of an additional room night prior to guarantee immediate access to hotel rooms.
Terminology
"Double Room" refers to a room with one Double/Queen Bed occupied by two people
"Twin Room" refers to a room with two Single Beds
"Single Room" refers to a room with one Double/Queen Bed occupied by one person only
